15-year tire and rim expert, bilingual Spanish-English. Runs the floor like a pit crew: plugs, mounts, balances, oil changes, brake pads—done right, no upsell, no surprise bill. Customers ask for Billy by name because he explains the fix in plain English (or Spanish) and never sells what you don’t need.
